Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

How to Return a Product?

Follow these steps to return a product:

1. Contact our customer service
   Send an email to magento@spits.online or call us at 085 - 0766 901 to submit a return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Pack the product
   Ensure that the product is securely packed in the original packaging. Include the return form that you received from our customer service.

3. Ship the package
   Send the package to the specified return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can monitor the status of your return.

Processing Returns

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your return.

• Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
• Rejection: If your return is rejected, we will send the product back to you with an explanation of the reason for rejection.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or a mistake was made by Spits Gaming. In such cases, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

Replacements and Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
